Disclosure Policy:

1) Business Description:    The Pennine Hotel (Blackpool) is a Family run 12 Standard Bedroom B&B that offers Accommodation to Stags & Hens, Contractors, Sales Representatives and Other Group Bookings at competitive Rates and a warm & friendly atmosphere.

2) Privacy Policy:    The customers information required for Registration purposes are as follows; Name, Address, Contact Tel/No and Signature. When Deposits/Payment are received by Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal..These payment Details are not held on file or shared with anyone; the requested Card details are SHREDDED upon completion of the transaction (or as soon as posible thereafter) unless otherwise stated as in our Terms & Conditions. All Customer Details are treated in the strictest of confidence and remains Confidential. The Authorities (Police, Fire, Licensing, Trading Standards, Health & Safety, Child Protection and Food Standards Agencies) may ramdonly visit our premises to ensure we remain compliant and on such MAY request to see our Records which may include Customer Registration information. We do conduct and Direct Marketing or Share any Customer Information.

3) Service Delivery:   Check-in on your Arrival Date is any time after 12:30pm, Check out on your Departure Date will be no later than 10:30am. Breakfast is served between 09:00am and 09:30am.

4) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:   

1. Payment Terms.
A deposit which is pre-stated upon any given quote is payable upon booking, verbal or otherwise to secure the arrangements detailed therein. The final balance for accommodation is payable upon arrival to the Hotel. Any booking made within 7 days of the stay is payable in full upon booking. All agency bookings to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to arrival, no number changes will be permissible after this time.
2. The Contract.
The contract to provide the arrangements or facilities shall be created by our acceptance of your booking which will be as from the date your deposit is received or from agencies when an e-mail, letter or facsimile is received with a confirmed booking.
3. Third Parties.
When making arrangements on behalf of clients, contracts with third parties for provision of all the necessary facilities. In doing so it is expressly agreed that we act only as an agent of the client and that no liability of any kind whatsoever caused shall attach to us in connection with or arising out of such arrangements. The contract between us and the client shall be subject to any terms and conditions of contracts with third parties.
4. Alterations or cancellation of arrangements by third parties.
If any of the bookings are changed or cancelled or over-booked we will use our best endeavours to provide a suitable alternative and/or secure a refund for the client only of monies paid to a third party, but is not obliged and cannot guarantee to do so.
5. Changes to arrangements
Every reasonable effort will be made by us to adhere to advertised and confirmed arrangements, but we reserves the rights at its sole discretion to alter, omit or change arrangements should it be found necessary to do so, and shall have no liability whatsoever to the client for any such changes, save a refund of any monies not expended.
6. Prices.
We reserve the right to alter published or confirmed prices at any time prior to the event, to cover increased costs incurred.
7. Changes to arrangements by client.
Every effort will be made by us to accommodate any changes or alterations requested. Extras will be charged as such. Reduction in the number of a party will be treated as a cancellation, but only in respect of the number of reduced places. In the event that the client is in breach of any obligation under this contract, or has entered into receivership or liquidation, or has become bankrupt or insolvent, then this contract shall be treated as cancelled by the client. In all such cases, cancellation charges in accordance with paragraph 8 shall be applied.
8. Cancellation.
If any client wishes to cancel arrangements for whatever reason, the following cancellation rules shall apply: More than 7 days prior to the event date, your deposit is not refundable however no further charges shall be made apart from condition 8a.
8a. Less than 7 days to the event date shall incur a 100 %charge of the final balance of the person or persons who have cancelled. Credit/Debit card details are held on file until one week after the booking date and then details are shredded. 3rd party bookings from tour operators or party organisers shall have their Credit/Debit card details held on file until the last booking of the Season (Nov) of any year. Payments for such groups may then be taken directly from Credit /Debit cards. Deposits are non refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
9. Liability.
We shall not be liable for any matter whatsoever that is beyond its control, and shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any sequential or indirect loss that may be incurred by the client or its guests, associates and agents, or any third party.
10. Descriptions.
In compiling our details on our internet web site and establishing all our arrangements we have relied on the information provided by third parties. Wherever possible these have been verified. However, should you find anything that is not as described, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can give it our attention.
11. Acceptance.
The making of a booking with us, however confirmed, shall be deemed as acceptance by the client of the above terms and conditions.
12. The English Law.
This contract shall be governed by English Law and shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English Courts, we follow the guide lines of "The Pink Booklet" which is a practical guide to legislation for accommodation providers.
